Outreach via media

The stewardship program will work to create and disseminate interpretative materials or signs at public access sites. The newest sign addition will be displayed by the picnic tables at Rockport Harbor.

In addition, the stewardship program disseminates information through the following mechanisms:

•         Presentations at local scientific meetings

•         Participate in local advisory committees

•         Press Releases

•         Brochures

•         Television

•         Radio spots

•        Science and the Sea
